Joshua Carlton was inspired to create this 3 DVD set while touring last year teaching realism tattoo technique seminars. He noticed he was constantly being asked the same questions over and over again by different students. Carlton then realized that his techniques are quite different from what most tattoo artists may have been taught in the past, and that actually seeing his process live is the best and quickest way for his methods to be revealed and fully understood.
This set was then created to help artists see his process live and learn the techniques that create realistic tattoo effects. You will see and learn how and why certain machines are used at certain times, as well as which needles to use and when. Finally, he explains the use of giant magnums to achieve the realistic effects for which Joshua Carlton has become known.
